Refund policy

- Eligibility for Returns:
- Must be 30 days from order date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This excludes any card products.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.

- Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at astralcardshop@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at astralcardshop@gmail.com.
- Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at astralcardshop@gmail.com and send your item to: [return address].
- Shipping Returns:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: [return address]. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
